In this project, we supported DB Fernverkehr in two phases as part of a profound transformation of traffic management while restructuring. Our contribution lay not in designing the content of reorganization decisions or operational processes, but in accompanying managers and teams in a stressful change environment. Through regular meetings, employee communication, retreats, team workshops, individual coaching and feedback with top management, we strengthened our orientation, leadership skills and the ability to deal with difficult situations and discussions. The combination of individually tailored coaching, leadership development and a robust change architecture supported cultural stabilization and cooperation in a challenging phase.
In the “New Traffic Management” project,... and dos Santos supported DB FV AG in two phases during an exceptionally profound technological transformation for long-distance transport and simultaneous restructuring. The project was sometimes characterized by reservations and required consistent management work and stable Change architecture. Through the systematic Preparation and development of the leadership team As well as integrated support in day-to-day project work, the reservations were dealt with constructively, orientation was created and implementation was sustainably stabilized. The combination of individual tailored coaching,team workshops and Management feedback led to noticeable improved collaboration, increased resilience and clearer, effective management routines. From our point of view, this support was a key success factor in ensuring that this project could be successfully implemented despite the demanding framework conditions.
