We have brought together strong opinion leaders from the fields of e-commerce, retail, start-up scene, fashion, community building and publishing from our collective with the DUS customer team and their experts (architects, store designers, event managers, etc.) to develop a new commercialization strategy 2025+. For success, it was crucial to consider the change in the growing, travel-savvy target group (Gen Y and Z) in order to define the two new core concepts. These included several concrete activation ideas and initial drafts for the development of various prototypes.

Since 2019, ... and dos Santos has been accompanying Düsseldorf Airport and in particular our commercial team on the path of transforming and promoting the sustainability of our business. Together, we have made significant progress in developing cutting-edge solutions. The Innovation Lab of ... and dos Santos, which combines expert knowledge from various areas such as infrastructure, e-commerce, data, retail and IoT, creates tailor-made ideas and solutions. These concepts, developed by a team of experts, are cornerstones of the 2028 commercialization strategy and will continue to support us on our way to strengthening existing business relationships and identifying new business potential that will continue to strengthen the airport as a leading business location.
