We redefined ZEISS AM’s go-to-market strategy to position its strong brand name in the context of new technological measurement solutions in the field of additive manufacturing (AM). Through extensive product and market research, regular customer feedback, active expert interviews with users, and in-depth competitive analyses, we defined RTBs, key elements and initiatives, as well as sales personas.
