Augmented Reality
Business Transformation Case

"How can we spark interest in the history of the Prinzessinnenpalais and the PalaisPopulaire, a new forum for art, culture, and sports in Berlin?"
Workbench Lab
To mark the opening of Deutsche Bank’s new Kulturforum, ... and dos Santos have created an extraordinary time-travel experience that takes visitors on an augmented-reality journey through the history of the Princess’s Palace on Berlin’s grand boulevard, Unter den Linden. Users of the app can view captivating 3D models of the palace from 1793, 1945, and 1963, and explore images, videos, and information about the building’s former residents.

We chose … and dos Santos because, for the opening of the PalaisPopulaire, we were looking for a partner who could bring the history of our institution to life for our visitors in a modern and creative way and who had a proven track record of excellence in producing AR and VR experiences.
We were immediately impressed by their collaborative approach to brainstorming and storytelling. Although the content-related and technical challenges continued to grow throughout the production period, … and dos Santos remained highly flexible and open-minded, took on the extra workload and dealt with schedule delays, and—even in critical situations—always kept their eyes on the goal of developing an extraordinary experience for our customers.
Their high level of professionalism and exceptional attention to detail enabled us to launch an impressive TimeMachine app that delighted our international visitors and was even nominated for the prestigious AUREA AWARD. Our collaboration with … and dos Santos left a lasting impression on us, and we look forward to future projects together!
