Brand Architecture
Business Transformation Case

“How can we take the next step in our company’s strategic direction?”
Analysis of the market (category), the target groups’ motivations and needs, and a detailed examination of direct and indirect competition as well as cultural trends, in order to identify the business change imperative and, based on that, develop corporate and brand vision and mission, including the values and principles guiding employee collaboration.
This led to the development of the brand architecture (the strategic foundation for the company’s overall direction—from product development to communication) and the “Bulls Eye” framework for daily use across departments.
This project has been instrumental in helping us talk about alphin both internally and externally—whether with job applicants, employees, our customers, or our current and future investors.
