… is Professor for Entrepreneurship and Director of the Institute for Entrepreneurship and Business Development at the University of Lübeck. From 2015 to 2022, he built up and professionalized the start-up consultancy at the University of Lübeck. Since then, he has served as the Presidential Representative for Start-ups and continues to play a key role in the strategic development of start-up support. In addition, at the University of Lübeck Christian is a father's representative, a member of the investment fund committee and head of the master's information system program "Entrepreneurship in Digital Technologies". At the Christian-Albrechts-University of Kiel he is a regular second member. In his research, he studies which elements and factors are influencing the performance and behavior of individuals in startup-related, innovative and technology-oriented contexts.
