The core of collective intelligence is to use a group's diverse perspectives and expertise to produce results that are often better than what an individual could achieve alone. It includes the deliberate and strategic design of conditions that enable effective collaboration and exchange of knowledge. Important aspects are

• Knowledge character and culture: analysis of the underlying knowledge dynamics to select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and environments.
• Technology integration: Using tools to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration.
• Frameworks and methodologies: Implement structured approaches such as Design Thinking or Agile to improve collective problem solving.
• Creating an environment: designing physical and virtual spaces that promote open communication, creativity, and full participation.

Designing collective intelligence is about consciously designing cooperation and ensuring that the conditions for the development of collective intelligence are met.
