Stefanie Salata

... is a consultant, strategy and sales expert, investor and member of advisory boards in the financial sector. She is a member of the board of the Friends of the German Institute for Economic Research (DIW) and an advisory board member at the fintech startup niiio. Stefanie studied economics at HTW in Berlin. She then began her career at Deutsche Bank, rose to Managing Director and led large sales teams in private and corporate banking for many years. She was later appointed chairman of the management board of Berliner Bank and was then part of the executive team of Oddo BhH and board member of Volksbank Lüneburger Heide. She advises companies in particular on strategic issues and growth. Her focus is on combining customer focus and revenue generation; promoting women and working in various teams is important to her.
