... is a professor, manager and entrepreneur in leadership, organization & knowledge management. In addition to hands-on change management and management of a division with 250 employees at Germany's largest university, she has a scientific background in organizational behavior, leadership, digital transformation and employee recruitment and retention. They also have leadership experience from the UK at the London Institute of Banking and Finance as well as several years of research and teaching at one of the most renowned universities in the Midwest. Her passion in addition to management is horse breeding and training. She is currently responsible for all teaching media production at IU International University as well as all regulatory issues globally and regularly gives lectures on cutting-edge educational topics such as artificial intelligence in learning and user-generated content (DB Future Learning Circle).
