... is Professor of Entrepreneurship and Director of the Institute for Entrepreneurship and Business Development at the University of Lübeck. From 2015 to 2022, he established and professionalized start-up consulting at the University of Lübeck. Since then, he has served as Executive Committee Officer for Start-Up and continues to be involved in the strategic development of start-up support. At the University of Lübeck, he is a father representative, member of the investment committee and head of the master's computer science program “Entrepreneurship in Digital Technologies.” He is a regular second member of Kiel University. In his research, he focuses on people and investigates which elements and influencing factors determine the performance and behavior of people and organizations in startup-related, innovative and technology-oriented contexts.
