… and dos Santos’ strategists and thought leaders from the fields of e-commerce, retail innovation, startup, fashion, online publishing and community developed together with the DUS client team and their experts (architects, store designers, event managers, …) the new strategy for the commercialization experience 2025 plus. It was pivotal to embrace the change driven by the growing traveler group of Gen Y and Z to define two core concepts which came with several, precise activation ideas and blueprints for the prototypes. First MVPs (minimum viable products) are prepared for testing at the moment and leading to the new commercialization activation at the airport.
