We set up a lab to develop digital solutions for Conrad’s B2B business based on their core strengths in the business: broad portfolio and exceptional client service. The solutions stretched from retrofitting the catalogue and shops to new services and retail spaces using AR, AI / chatbots and smart shelfs. Our main focus lied on using technology to simplify as well as optimising and securing their clients’ buying process in order to increase check out value and frequency. The foundation of the ideas was our work on a renewed service pyramid for the different client typologies (personas).
