Daniela Hensel

… has worked as a professor at the University of Applied Sciences (HTW) in Berlin in the fields of Corporate Design and Editorial Design since 2008.
Prior to that, she studied Communication Design in Mainz and in Strassbourg. She has worked as a graphic designer for MetaDesign and also as Creative Director at Schindler Parent Identity, where she was involved in complex strategic projects for various clients such as Daimler, Boehringer Ingelheim, CosmosDirect and the Berlinale film festival.
Daniela has been awarded with the International Corporate Design Award and is a member of the German Designers’ Association (DDC). She is a speaker at congresses, an author of professional articles and a design award jury member.
She has conducted workshops on the topics of creativity and innovation for companies such as Deutsche Bahn and also initiated the event series “The Diagonal” (Die Diagonale), which analysed the processes of creation and innovation.
